By accessing or using Flixica Jobs ("the platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
Flixica Jobs is an online platform that allows Employers to post job openings and Candidates to browse and apply to those openings. We act as a listing platform only — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any employment relationship formed between a Candidate and an Employer.
Employer accounts are subject to manual review before approval. We may request verification documents and may reject or suspend an Employer account at our discretion if we believe it is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. CVs, job descriptions, company logos). By submitting content, you grant Flixica Jobs a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform — for example, showing a Candidate's CV to the Employer they applied to.
Flixica Jobs does not guarantee that any Candidate will be hired or that any Employer will find a suitable Candidate. We do our best to verify Employers before approval, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every job listing or the legitimacy of every interaction between users. Candidates and Employers are responsible for exercising their own judgment during the hiring process.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flixica Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or damages resulting from interactions with other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
